Makes 3 servings
Ingredients
1 bag elbow noodles
4 cups spaghetti sauce (jarred or homemade)
1 can diced tomatoes
1lb ground beef (80/20 chuck is preferred but any will do)
1/2 yellow onion
1 tbsp neutral oil
2oz parmesan cheese *optional
Procedure
Boil noodles in a large pot of lightly salted water. Drain and remove when done.
Dice onions while boiling.
Saute onion in pot with oil until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned completely.
Add tomatoes and sauce and bring to temp while stirring.
Add noodles and mix well. Garnish with parmesan *optional.
