Ingredients
8oz bacon
8oz parmesan cheese
4 packs ramen noodles
1 cup pasta water
2 eggs
1/2 white onion
Procedure
Boil noodles in water and cook bacon to desired doneness.
Chop the onions and cook in the bacon grease. Drain a little bit if there is too much grease.
Add pasta and stir, gradually adding pasta water gradually.
Turn off the heat and add egg and parmesan immediately; mix constantly adding pasta water as needed to thin.
