Makes 3 servings

Ingredients

1 bag spiral egg noodles
2 5oz cans tuna (substitute canned chicken)
1 10oz can cream of celery soup
1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 cup 2% milk
2-4 cups shredded colby-jack cheese
1 tbsp refined olive oil
table salt as needed
1/2 cup chopped celery *optional

Procedure

In a large pot, boil egg noodles in lightly salted water and drain.

Chop onion while boiling.

Saute onion and celery with oil in the pot until transparent.

Add soups & milk and mix well.

Add noodles and cheese and heat until melted.
