Credit to my mom for this recipe!

Ingredients

4 cups white rice (8 cups water)
2 cups cubed ham
3 8oz cans broccoli & cheddar soup
8oz colby-jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 heads fresh broccoli

Procedure

Cook rice in water with a 1:2 ratio.

Preheat oven to 300F.

Cut broccoli into 1/4 florets.

(You could also cut the stem into strips and bake with some olive oil, salt, and pepper as a snack.)

Once rice has cooked, combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish and bake for 30-40 min.

Remove from oven and let stand for 5 min.
