Retro to me is a loosely defined and relative term. I define it in 5 ways:
Date: anything before 1998
Style: Any game that reflects the style of older games, like Pico8
Console Generation: 4th generation consoles and before (Genesis, SNES, NeoGeo, and older)
Handheld Generation: 6th generation and before (GBA and older)
PC Platform: Windows 98 and before
