I used baked broccoli with refined olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Start assembling the bowl by filling with noodles and sprinkling seasoning packets to taste on top.

Place all ingredients towards the center of each bowl, and pour the hot oil over the ingredients to infuse their flavor into the oil. Make sure to get a lot of contact with the garlic and chili crisp in particular.

Mix together and bring back up to temp in a pot if noodles are cold.

Garnish with more peanuts and chili crisp.

กินข้าวกัน

Credit to Babish Culinary Universe for the original recipeMakes 1 serving Ingredients 1 pack beef ramen1 pack chicken ramen2 cloves garlic2 scalions1/2in ginger2 tbsp neutral oil1-2 tbsp chili oil or chili crisp1 tsp brown sugar2 tsp black vinegar1/2 – 1 cup unsalted peanuts (add less of the seasoning packets if […]

[53
24,65,67,37,9
post-895","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-thai-","tag-aromatic","tag-cost-effective","tag-hack","tag-noodles","tag-spicy
["GET
