{"id":880,"date":"2025-04-24T09:16:22","date_gmt":"2025-04-24T09:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fmidnight.com\/gourmet\/?p=880"},"modified":"2025-05-23T03:16:57","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T03:16:57","slug":"moms-tuna-noodle-hotdish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fmidnight.com\/gourmet\/moms-tuna-noodle-hotdish\/","title":{"rendered":"Mom&#8217;s Tuna Noodle Hotdish"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Makes 3 servings<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1 bag spiral egg noodles<br>2 5oz cans tuna (substitute canned chicken)<br>1 10oz can cream of celery soup<br>1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup<br>1\/2 yellow onion<br>1\/2 cup 2% milk<br>2-4 cups shredded colby-jack cheese<br>1 tbsp refined olive oil<br>table salt as needed<br>1\/2 cup chopped celery *optional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large pot, boil egg noodles in lightly salted water and drain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chop onion while boiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saute onion and celery with oil in the pot until transparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add soups &amp;
