asada<br>1 can refried beans<br>1 block colby jack cheese<br>1 block pepper jack cheese<br>1 head romaine lettuce<br>2 roma tomatoes<br>1\/2 white onion<br>2 jalapenos<br>2 green chilis<br>1 8oz can chipotles in adobo<br>4 tajin toastada disks<br>1 tsp garlic salt<br>1 tsp ground cumin<br>1 tsp paprika<br>1 tsp chili powder<br>\u00bd tsp cayenne pepper<br>\u00bc tsp white sugar<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fmidnight.com\/gourmet\/arnie-tex-salsa\/\">homemade salsa<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 300F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grate both blocks of cheese separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mince onion, chilis, jalapenos, and chipotles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix garlic salt, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook ground beef with 2\/3 of the onions until no more red can be seen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finish beef for 1 min with half of the seasoning mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Layer nachos in a large cassarole pan in this order, left with colby and right with pepper jack:<br>Layer 1: chips, beans, beef, cheese<br>Layer 2: chips, light beans, beef, cheese<br>Layer 3: chips, beef, heavy cheese, jalapenos, chilis, light adobo, chipotles, crushed tajin toastadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake for 20-30 min until all cheese is melted including in the middle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Top with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drizzle with hot sauce of choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve with fresh salsa and sour cream on the
