\/>\nmonterey jack cheese<br \/>\nlow fat mozarellla cheese<br \/>\n12 small flour tortillas<\/p>\n<h5>Beef<\/h5>\n<p>\u00bd lb ground beef<br \/>\n\u00bc cup water<br \/>\n\u00bd yellow onion<br \/>\n1 tsp all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1 tsp beef bouillon<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic salt<br \/>\n1 tsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp chili powder<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp cayenne pepper<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp white sugar<\/p>\n<h5>Pico de Gallo:<\/h5>\n<p>7 roma tomatoes<br \/>\n1 serrano pepper<br \/>\n\u00bd lime<br \/>\n1 head cilantro<br \/>\n\u00bd white onion<br \/>\n2 tsp kosher salt<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Procedure<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Beef<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Place flour, salt, bouillon, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar into a bowl and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Mince onion.<\/p>\n<p>Fry ground beef with onions.<\/p>\n<p>Once cooked, grind in a food processor until crumbly.<\/p>\n<p>Return to the pan and add \u00bc cup water and seasoning mix.<\/p>\n<p>Simmer until a good consistency, (about 15 min).<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pico de Gallo<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Dice tomatoes and serrano peppers into small cubes.<\/p>\n<p>Place into large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Squeeze \u00bd lime into bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Finely chop cilantro and onion and add.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt and mix.<\/p>\n<p>Rest in fridge for 30 min.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Mexi Melt<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Add generous cheese, light beef, and pico to a tortilla.<\/p>\n<p>Fold in half then fry in vegetable oil until melted and
