{"id":1008,"date":"2025-06-06T00:50:27","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T00:50:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fmidnight.com\/gourmet\/?p=1008"},"modified":"2025-10-21T06:34:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T06:34:07","slug":"jalapeno-roast-beef-sandwich-copycat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fmidnight.com\/gourmet\/jalapeno-roast-beef-sandwich-copycat\/","title":{"rendered":"Jalapeno Roast Beef Sandwich Copycat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Makes 6 sandwiches<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>6 hamburger buns<br>1lb roast beef<br>1 cup beef broth<br>2 jalapenos<br>1 cup ranch<br>1 tsp cumin<br>1 tsp paprika<br>1 tsp cayenne pepper<br>1 egg<br>flaked onions<br>everything bagel seasoning<br>salt and pepper to taste<br>Arby&#8217;s &amp; Horsey Sauce on the side<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 300F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chop jalapenos into large chunks and place in a blender with ranch, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
